Who we are
Open Corporation for $35 is a department of Gondaliya CPA. Gondaliya CPA Professional Corporation is a firm of Chartered Professional Accountants licensed by CPA Ontario, firm registration number 61330051. The platform at opencorporationfor35.ca is operated by WealthBamboo Inc., a federal corporation.
Our office is at 55 Queen St E, Suite 1205, Toronto, Ontario. We are open 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Sunday.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. It is written to meet the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect

We do not ask for your Social Insurance Number to incorporate. If you engage us for tax or payroll work afterwards, we will ask for it then, and only then.
Why we collect it
We collect your information for one purpose: to prepare and file your incorporation and the related registrations you ask us to handle. We do not collect information we do not need for that work.
By submitting our incorporation form you consent to us using your information for that purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time, subject to work already filed with a registry, which cannot be recalled.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where the work requires it:
- Government registries. Corporations Canada and the provincial registry receive the information the filing requires. Director names and registered office addresses become public record on incorporation. That is a statutory requirement, not our choice.
- Canada Revenue Agency. Where you ask us to register a business number, HST account or payroll account.
- Our software providers. We use third-party systems for our client portal, intake forms, document signing, email and accounting. Each holds your information only to provide that service to us.
- Our team. Staff and contractors of Gondaliya CPA who work on your file.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with marketing partners.
Where your information is stored
Our files are kept in Canada wherever our systems allow it. Some of the software providers we use, including our website analytics, email and customer relationship tools, store or process information on servers in the United States or other countries.
When your information is held outside Canada, the laws of that country apply to it, and its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities may be able to get access to it. We choose providers that protect information to a standard comparable to our own, and we stay responsible for your information while they hold it for us.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for six years from the end of the last tax year they relate to, which is the retention period the Canada Revenue Agency requires for books and records. Corporate minute books and registers are kept for as long as the corporation exists, or as the governing statute requires.
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted once we no longer need them to answer your enquiry.
How we protect it
Access to client files is limited to the people working on them. Our systems require individual logins and multi-factor authentication. Documents are exchanged through our secure portal rather than plain email wherever the file allows it.
No system is perfect. If a breach occurs that creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as PIPEDA requires.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
We also use HubSpot for our website forms, chat and client records. HubSpot sets its own cookies to recognise returning visitors and to link a form you submit to your enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete information we are not legally required to keep
- withdraw your consent to future use
Write to info@opencorporationfor35.ca and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
